The Tejano Music Awards Fan Fair is presented by the Texas Talent Musicians Association (TTMA), a non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote professional excellence; a better understanding and greater appreciation for Tejano music; and to provide a public forum for songwriters, performers and musicians in order to recognize their artistic efforts and achievements through the annual Tejano Music Awards and related events.

The TTMA is also responsible for the Tejano Music Awards, the most prestigious and longest-running awards show for Tejano music. The 44th annual Tejano Music Awards were held on Friday, November 22, 2024at the Boeing Center at Tech Port in San Antonio, Texas.
The event honors the best artists, songs, albums, and more in the genre that blends Mexican and American musical influences. The Top 5 nominees in each category were announced and the competition is fierce.
