THREO is a balfolk trio from Belgium. They bring traditional European dance music with a contemporary twist, featuring powerful melodies by Paul James, grooves and harmonies by Hilke Bauweraerts, and the driving rhythms of Thomas Hoste.

Their music moves effortlessly between intimate, acoustic atmospheres and exuberant dance beats, always leaving room for improvisation in the moment. THREO was nominated for the Flanders Folk Awards in 2025 in the Horizon category, which highlights bands the jury believes will have a lasting impact on the future of the genre.

Aérokorda was founded in 2016 and can best be described as neofolk with Celtic, Slavic, and classical influences, which are clearly reflected in the band’s own compositions.

The then-new group released its debut album, “Hush the Wolves,” in 2017. This quickly gave Aérokorda the opportunity to perform several impressive shows both at home and abroad.
