The 3rd International Bagpipe Festival celebrates the instrument that symbolises Rio Grande do Sul with concerts and the signing of the GEMELLAGIO (twin city) agreement between Barra do Ribeiro, home of the Bagpipe Factory, and Castelfidardo (Italy), the accordion capital of the world.

O 3º Festival Internacional da Gaita celebra o instrumento símbolo do Rio Grande do Sul com shows e a assinatura do convênio GEMELLAGIO (cidade gêmea) entre Barra do Ribeiro, sede da Fábrica de Gaitas, e Castelfidardo (Itália), a capital mundial do acordeon.
