they will perform Two Concerts in:

09 mai AQLF-Association Québécoise des loisirs folkloriques Québec, Canada
13 juin PEI Mutual Festival of Small Halls 2026 Charlottetown, Canada

“Through their music, the Leblanc Family will transport you to Poitou in France, where Acadians arrived as refugees in the mid-18th century, then to Louisiana, and back to the east coast of Canada for an Acadian feast.

The family plays a “variety of 19th-century tunes from other Celtic nations such as Ireland, Brittany, and Scotland. Their repertoire is deeply rooted in Celtic and Acadian traditions.”

The group consists of Robin LeBlanc, accompanied by his wife, Rebecca, and three daughters. “Charlotte, the eldest, plays the violin, Rosalie plays the concertina and accompanies her sister at the piano and Mélodie tops it up with her percussive foot work and whistle.”
